We’re so excited to have you join us! Here’s everything you need to know about how the day will run and what to expect.

Running Order – April 30th 2026

10:00 AM – Arrival
10:30–11:00 AM – Group Workout
11:00–11:45 AM – Brunch & mingle (chance to have own pics done)
11:45–12:00 PM – Bumps & Burpees Group Shot!
12:00–12:30 PM – More time to chat, feed babies, change nappies whatever you need to do.

The morning is designed to feel relaxed, supportive, and fun, with plenty of time to connect, move, and enjoy the experience together.

The event is here in West London: Loft Studios Ltd, 77-81 Scrubs Lane, London, NW10 6QU

There is a large car park just across the road here which is easy to park in and a one min walk over

What to Wear

We’d love you to come dressed in bold colours (think vibrant, confident, feel-good tones), with no big logos on show ideally. Most importantly, wear something that you feel comfortable in, we want to bring the personality of our community to life

What to Bring

Just bring yourself, some energy, and your baby if you’re bringing them along 💛
We’ll take care of the rest.

Other bits…

We’ll kick things off with a fun, feel-good workout led by Charlie to get everyone warmed up and feeling confident- this is suitable for bumps and postpartum & for those on Thrive we will push you a little harder.
The purpose of the day is to bring our community together and to capture that in an authentic way & you will also receive beautiful photos of you and your baby/ bump afterwards 💛
Food, tea and coffee will all be provided, with a relaxed cold brunch buffet for you to enjoy.
We’ve got extra support on hand with the wonderful Rose Nannies who will be there with qualified nannies, along with a small play area, so you can relax and enjoy the experience knowing your little ones are cared for if you would like.
