This 12 week plan will  focus on building strength across your whole body using progressive overload.

This simply means gradually increasing the challenge of your workouts — whether that’s through weight, reps, intensity or volume — so your body continues to adapt and get stronger.

Each week there are 3 strength workouts for you to complete - lower, upper & full body
