You can follow this plan at home or in the gym, all you need is a pair of dumbbells (or a few if you have them)
Each week you will have 3 workouts to complete - lower, upper and full body. Then you repeat the plan for the final 4 weeks to see how your strength has improved.
On the 4th day you should aim to get outside for a walk or jog to get your heart rate up and get some extra steps in.
