A monthly subscription to the complete post natal plan can be cancelled at anytime. There are no contracts, just a lot of fun, some really great classes that you can fit into your busy mum life. 

The 7 day free trial means you can try plenty of classes before deciding to continue with your subscription. There is no contract which means you can cancel at anytime. If you cancel within 7 days, a payment will NOT be taken. If you cancel after 7 days, your first months subscription will be taken on day 8, and subsequently on the same day every month after that until you cancel.
